I'm a London-based director, producer and filmmaker working across long-form interviews, training films, commercials and narrative storytelling. Whatever the format, I'm drawn to people and the ideas that shape their lives — and to making work that's thoughtful, engaging and authentic.
Over the past 15 years, I've worked with brands, charities, universities and cultural organisations, producing everything from commercial campaigns to award-winning narrative films. Highlights include the Film London-backed short Victims, the Webby-nominated music video The Toadlickers (with Thomas Dolby), the award-winning feature How Not to Disappear Completely, and The Dry Cleaner — a spy short I wrote and directed that's been praised by former intelligence professionals and is now used as a training resource.
I also host Secrets & Spies, an internationally respected podcast where I interview former intelligence officers, practitioners, authors and experts to unpack the hidden forces shaping our world. Its listeners include intelligence professionals, journalists, academics, students and decision-makers — and those conversations keep shaping how I tell stories: listen first, stay curious, look beneath the surface.
When I'm not behind a camera or microphone, I'm usually still carrying one — out photographing people, places and everyday moments.
